TCB™ website and TCB Studio app

Who we are

This policy covers the website tcb.asalzamil.com, the interactive book, and the TCB Studio app on the web, Android and iOS (together, "TCB"). TCB is published by Abdullah Alzamil, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Contact: Abdullah@asalzamil.com.

The short version

• Anything you enter into the TCB Studio simulations and calculator (departments, weights, scores, amounts, employee rows) stays on your device. We never receive it.
• We only receive information you choose to send through a form: your name, email and the other fields shown on that form.
• We do not sell your information, show ads, or use advertising or analytics trackers.

Information you send us

• Book request: name, email, and optionally organisation and role, and whether you agree to hear from us.
• Pilot programme and contact forms: name, email, and the other details you type in (such as organisation, role, phone, product and your message).
• TCB Studio report: before a report opens we ask for your name and email, and optionally organisation and role, your contact consent, the app language and the name you gave the project. Your project's figures are not sent.

We use this information to send you what you asked for, reply to you, and, only if you ticked the consent box, contact you about TCB pilots and updates. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Information stored only on your device

TCB Studio and the interactive book save your work, language choice and reading progress in your browser's or app's local storage on your device. You can also save a project to a file. This data does not leave your device unless you share the file yourself. Clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app deletes it.

Service providers

• Netlify hosts the website and app and processes form submissions on our behalf. Like any web host, it handles technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces; your browser requests the fonts from Google's servers.
• Form submissions are delivered to our email inbox.

These providers may process data outside Saudi Arabia.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our relationship with you, and delete them on request.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us, or withdraw consent to be contacted, by emailing Abdullah@asalzamil.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Children

TCB is a professional tool for adults and is not directed at children.

Security

All traffic uses HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and post the new version on this page.
